to IMTC IRON
Hello Infinite -  Lori McColl and I (hereby referred to as Maude and Madge, interchangeably) wanted to announce
our efforts to create the most fantastic video montage of our groups experience training and preparing for and racing
Ironman Mont Tremblant.

We need your help.

First,  we plan to track all the Tremblant athletes down, or those who want to participate, to get a basic interview
that we can edit later - if we have a hard time getting together and you want to participate we will email you
a handful of questions and you can video yourself on your iPhone or computer and email it to us.
Questions will be like a lie detector test: name, age, why are you doing this?, what is your goal?
what does it mean to you/what do you think it takes to be an "Ironman", what # IM is this for you? etc)

We are also going to need LOTS and LOTS and LOTS of photos and especially VIDEO!!!

We don't want to collect anything from you until closer to the race or even post race (because honestly we
won't be able to start work on it til then) but wanted to make sure you were thinking about it these final weeks
of training. So whenever possible, bring your phones/cameras and do your best to (safely) snap some photos/ take videos
of your training efforts (swimming, biking, running, yoga, lifting, indoor spinning, pool workouts, "B" races - all of it!)

Also, flip through your  photos from the last 6 months or so and maybe start organizing old pics from base training, winter
training that will show a good progression through seasons (snowshoe race, IMTCs winter run).

If anyone has had a significant body change and wants to share before/after type photos we can include that
as that is often part of the process when training for Ironman.

Race weekend will be important to - so spread the word to those who are coming to cheer you on.
Ask them to take lots of pictures/video. Think like a journalist, snap photos of crossing the border, arriving into Tremblant,
athlete check-in, bike racking, all those pre-race day festivities, then of course race day itself - we want to see all
the drama, all the joy, all the pain, all the suffering and then the elation.

If you want to do any "confessional" type recordings to document excitement or frustration, fears, doubts that's cool too.

I think you get the idea.

Post race we'll probably do another series of quick interviews.

Then we'll go to work editing and finding some killer music to pair with the video.

We would really love to include as many of you as possible in this project. Please let
me know if you have any questions or suggestions.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE!!!
