Dear Keshav Sir,
We have a Pre-planned Industrial Visit for Global SCM Students on Mar-13, 2013.
It's a whole day visit. We might need to leave early in the morning as the location is in GURGAON.
So, we won’t be able to give the quiz on Wednesday, March-13, 2013.
Please let me know when we can have an alternative quiz for the same.

Kindly note the following:
1. Only Groups 1 & 5 have submitted the draft WBS. Rest of the groups speed up the same.
2. Hope u all have started learning MS Project. All groups are required to make WBS on MS Project and submit the same by 27th Feb’13 (simply by decomposing the work packages into activities, writing the activities/tasks in MS Project and putting indents & outdents).
3. I could not call the individual groups for discussion on drafts submitted because of ongoing admission duties. I shall try to meet with individual groups from this week onwards.
4. On 27th Feb13, we shall be discussing network analysis techniques of CPM & PERT and solve illustrative problems. Kindly read through the hard copy of the material given.

4. As regards to MS Projects, start working on it. You can watch MS Project tutorials on you tube.
