The IMT shop is now open for sale. Student Affairs and Welfare Council is pleased to bring to you the Batch Apparel. With the onset of Ghaziabad winters, we offer you the customized IMT sweatshirts. The shop will come up with further merchandise in the near future. The details of the batch apparel are as follows:

 

Design:

Please find attached the design images as well as templates for the aforementioned products.

 

Specifications:

 

Sizes: Standard sizes (available in SAWC office). Samples of the actual sweat shirts will be available on display when you place your orders.

We are happy to announce that this year we are going for better quality polyester cotton sweatshirts. The proposed sweatshirts are lighter in weight and warmer to keep us safe from the chilling Delhi winters!

 

You can place your orders along with the payment as per the following schedule:

 

Venue     :  SAWC Office

Time        :  5 PM-7 PM & 9 PM-11 PM 

Dates      :  25th Nov - 1st Dec

 

We request you to place your orders (including payment) as soon as possible and not wait until the last date. Please note that the above deadlines are final and the orders will be taken only in the given slot unlike last year where the orders were reopened due to multiple requests. Any requests for placing orders post the given deadlines will not be entertained.

Dear All,

Taking into consideration the popular demand for last year's batch apparel designs, we are now launching last year's design in a new look of dark blue( with yellow print) and grey (with navy blue print) combinations. Please note that the design circulated in our previous mail stays and you can select your sweatshirt design between these 2 options. Please find attached the images of last year's design in a new look and feel.

You can place your orders along with the payment as per the following schedule:

Venue     :  SAWC Office

Time        :  5 PM-7 PM & 9 PM-11 PM 

Dates      :  25th Nov - 1st Dec

Hi All,

Please note that the orders for batch apparel will be taken both in the main campus and CDL today, 29th November, as per the following schedule:

5:00 -7:00 PM:     Main Campus

7:30 - 10:00 PM:  CDL

10:30 - 12:00 PM:Main Campus

The above schedule is valid only for today, post which we will resume the schedule communicated earlier.

Kindly make note of the slots for batch apparel orders for today and tomorrow i.e. 30th Nov and 1st Dec:

1:00 - 4:00 PM - Main Campus

5:00 - 7:00 PM - CDL

8:00 - 11:00 PM - Main Campus

Please place your orders in these two days as 1st is the last day for collecting orders.

Due to multiple requests, we are extending the deadline for batch apparel orders by one day. Please note that 2nd December will be the last and final day for placing orders for sweatshirts and no requests will be considered after that. You can place your orders as per the following schedule:
