We PoSH The Shee Team conducting PoSH Training Session across Telangana region in Association with Women's NGO and Telangana She Teams.

1. We have given a PoSH Act Awareness Session at EPFO, Barkatpura, Hyderabad as a PoSH Act Advisor.
2. We have been working as a PoSH Act Trainer for TekisHub Consulting Services Pvt Ltd, Somajiguda, Hyderabad.
3. We have been working as a PoSH Act Trainer cum External Member for Smartbridge Educational Services Pvt Ltd, Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
4. We have been working as PoSH Act Trainer for St. Mary School, Secunderabad.
5. We have been working as a Trainer in Concept of Living Charitable Trust.
6. We have attended a PoSH Act Awareness Session at HCSC, Hyderabad
7. We have attended a PoSH Act Awareness Session at NALSAR, Hyderabad
8. We have conducted PoSH Act Training for Hyderabad Police (Bharosa Wing ) - CDEW, Hyderabad. (Telangana Police Women Safety Wing)

1. Creating PoSH Act polices as per PoSH Act 2013
2. Forming of PoSH Internal Committee
3. Filing PoSH Annual Returns
4. Conducting enquiries about PoSH Act Grievances.
As part of the legal requirements under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, it is mandatory to have an external member on the Internal Committee (IC) to ensure a fair and impartial investigation into matters of sexual harassment. I would like to offer my services as an external member of your organization’s PoSH committee, to support your team in maintaining a safe, inclusive, and compliant workplace environment.
FINE: If any organization does not comply the PoSH Act and constitute the Internal Committee, they will charge with fine upto 1,00,000/- (Per Year) and Show Cause Notice as Govt Orders and also issue show cause notice.
