Dear All,

We (Dr. Anita Mathew and myself) are writing a paper on various aspects of work life balance for working professionals.

As you guys are all working professionals, you would be a great set of respondents for us.

We are in need of this empirical data to support our research.

We seek your help and cooperation.

You may use this link to access the questionnaire – https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1an2MGl2F6g4y96-NfL_r2viWS7ijsnCr0Ka3X7CnNzc/viewform

Kindly help and submit the same by the 23rd of February as we need to finish the paper by mid March.

It shouldn't take you more than 10-15 mins.

Req you to pls participate in an clear and effective manner as this data is/will be the cornerstone of our paper.

All data would be kept strictly confidential.

Thanks a lot! Appreciate your help!

Pls do let us know in case of any doubts/queries.

With Regards,
