CONFLUENCE '14 - A Connect Program (for Online Students)

Dear Students, 

The distance learning programmes have a unique challenge of forming learning alliance whilst the learner and instructor are placed far away. At the same time management education remains incomplete without intermittent blend of practices with theory during the course of learning.

 

Organizations and their strategic outlook have undergone a sea change and a successful manager needs to possess not only contextual knowledge but also a mindset and sensitivity to be relevant with changing times.

I am pleased to invite you to one of the initiatives of IMT-CDL titled “ CONFLUENCE - A Connect Program” for Online students. The program will give you an opportunity to network with peers, seniors, juniors and faculty members. The deliberations will endeavor to seamlessly integrate theories with practioners experience and insights.  They are from India’s leading companies - Samsung, Telenor, Bharti Walmart, PVR entertainment .
