Let's sit down and resolve the same at the earliest then.

As for your queries/concerns, you are requested to pls call me (or if you want, pls share your number and I'll call you) and let's make an appointment to meet the Director in person. We have discussed this case internally and he is in favour that you come and meet him in person to share your grievances so that relevant action may be taken upfront and promptly. Thus, no emails shall be bandied about between us. I am sure that you would agree that this creates an unduly and frankly unnecessary hostile feel at both ends. Let's resolve this matter amicably and in an effective manner. A copy of this mail is being marked to him as well.

Necessary action like course restart etc. including, uptil, fee refund as per applicable policies would be on the table for discussion.

Req you to pls contact me at your earliest convenience and let's close this issue with this meeting once and for all.

Dear All,

I am highlighting the ordeal that i have gone through after enrolling in this ill fated course. I indeed felt not doing this earlier

I kept following up with all concerned IMT officials for quite some time, but it seems that officials at IMT are not even concerned of the issues faced by me throughout this 1 Year PGDM – Executive.

This entire experience of 1st 6 months of this course was a disaster and highly discouraging one. The course always had fair level of issues since inception and I too as like other candidates left all bad experiences aside and went ahead with the course. The course since day 1 was ill managed and most of the professionals repeatedly reported issues, which were not resolved or taken care of in time to avoid repeat of such issues.

1.      The course started with a delay of over 2 months of actual start date.

2.      I should have opted out initially itself when teachers were forcing to take up FB membership to access their material,

3.      when classes were cancelled/postponed on adhoc basis,

4.      quality of delivery was always questionable.

5.      Despite promises by IMT faculty none of the course content which was available over FB, was ever made available to candidates like me.

6.      I was asked to not write the exam, as i was told it will not be considered. This happened at the very moment when i was about to start my 1st exam. What is the use of having a controlled and moderated environment when candidates can’t be allowed to write exam despite approvals.

Still I kept my faith and confidence on IMT group and precisely never learnt from my initial learning of all above mentioned odd instances, and suffered badly due to casual approach by officials dealing with Exams and moreover entire course.

It was unbelievable the way i was stopped from writing the exams when all required approvals were there, further when i kept writing mails, kept calling IMT i was amazed to observe the non-responsive and lack-luster attitude of IMT officials. I put my entire 6 months of efforts at stake and there was no response, UNBELIEVABLE !!

The manner exam was conducted is questionable, exam and assignment questions were freely floating over the web and rather then IMT taking some serious stand on the same, stopped genuine candidates from appearing in exam.

I have been requesting for refund of my entire 1st semester fees for a long time but IMT is not even responding to the mails. It is high time for me to escalate the matter to senior management of IMT and publicize the unprofessional way with which this entire course has been conducted. Though, I am not sure what is the escalation mechanism in IMT CDL, and whether they too will have same attitude issue when it comes to listening and supporting to candidates.

I surely did wasted my precious time, efforts and money in this association. IMT is a brand which has its own visibility, but due to few individuals this might get a transformation change in its credibility.

I wasted my precious time, efforts and lots of money in here. And I was left with no choice but to opt out of course as I can't take this harassment anymore. Surely I had a bad experience and I won't be recommending this course to anyone.

I am raising this this matter over social media/Consumer Forum as well, although i did marked many mails and reminders for having a amicable resolution to this but i din't even got any response from them. And i believe there are many other candidates who had same bitter experience like mine.
