Supplementary Project Viva slot - April 2014

Those of who who have already cleared your project viva may kindly treat this mail as Not Applicable. 

Dear All,

we will be having a supplementary slot for Project Viva in April.

Those of you who were not able to submit your project report (in Nov-Dec 2013 for the viva in Jan-Feb 2014) and/or appear for the viva in Jan-Feb 2014 can apply to appear for the project viva now.

Pls note that in order to submit your project report, your synopsis needs to be either 'Approved' or 'Approved with Modifications'. 

This viva would be available only at our Ghaziabad campus. 

The timelines are as follows:

Report Submission - latest by 31st March, 2014

Viva timeline - b/w 22nd and 30th April, 2014 - your exact date would be confirmed by mid-April

Viva reappear fee of Rs 500/- would be applicable. You need to submit the same via a DD (favouring IMT-CDL and payable at New Delhi).

You do not need to send the DD with your report, but simply carry it with you when you come for the viva.

You can also opt to reappear for your viva in July-Aug 2014 with the report submission taking place b/w 01st and 31st May, 2014. More details in this regard would be available later in your SIS login.
