Payment issue in reappear assignment fee..

Sir,
After trying hard from so many days i along with all other student of PGDMO 13 jan batch just able to login into SIS today and we saw there today i.e 31st Oct 14 is the last date to deposit re-appear assignment fee. There were some problem as follows :

1.   I have had submitted Bussiness Research Method,IMT-120 written assignment,which is also reflecting in the assignment submission status. But nowhere i am able to see marks of that. Instead of showing me the marks, in re-appear list it is mentioned there to opt. I dont know what kind of record management is this.
   Please guide me what to do now,why should i have to opt for re-appear of this assignment ?

2.   It shows to opt for IMT-12 in which i got 12 marks, i was 5 marks short to pass the theory exam as i only got 23. I got 45 in total including these marks.
      Do i need to opt for re-appear  of assignment in IMT-12 ?

3. IMT-52 n IMT-56 also there to opt  in current module. In this sem only IMT-56 is a part of my course. IMT-52 was not even in a part of my course from last three sems.
       I dont know why for current module i have to pay re-appear fee and from where this IMT-52 came.
    Please guide me accordingly.

4.    In last sem,somehow i missed assignment of IMT-79,so i went to submit the fee for re-appear, but there's too a payment problem waiting to come in the way. Payment error screeshot is attached sir for your convenience. I tried many times to pay,but same is appearing every time.
     What should i do ?
     

Here i appeal or request you to guide me as for the problem mentioned above.
and kindly extend the date to deposit the re-appear assignment fee or kindly allow me to avail this opportunity.
