Hi Mr Manish,

I am in USa for project and will not be coming back to India for next 2 years. So wanted to ask what is the process of Project Viva for students located abroad, as visiting India for viva in given timeframe is not possible for me due to work. Please suggest

1.     Project viva will be held at IMT CDL Ghaziabad , Kolkata-1, Hyderabad only.

2.     Students have to select only one Centre.

3.     Project Report with the copy of approved synopsis should be sent as per timeline mentioned at the website to any one of the above mentioned selected Centre.

4.     Detailed schedule  will be uploaded on the website : www.imtcdl.ac.in after 15^th   December 2014.

5.     Documents to be submitted in the Project Report in the following order.

a.     First page contains Project Form available in your SIS kindly download and attach

the same .

b.    Second Page contain your Name, Roll No, contact no, Title of Project Report

c.      Photo copy of your Identity Card

d.    Synopsis

e.     Acknowledgement Letter

f.       Indexation

g.     Body Part

h.    Resume of guide

6.      Send the soft copy of your project Report by 30^th of November 2014 on IM...@imtcdl.ac.in it is mandatory to e-mail before submitting the Hard copy of Report.

Thanks Rupendra for raising the point.

I also raised the same query through SIS student query how ever, I am not sure of getting any response on that at least not within the stipulated time frame.

Dear Manish
I am also in US and not returning India for next 1 year at least. Please do let us all know as how we (Students who are abroad) can appear for viva for the project and what location should we select while submitting project report.
