I am in line with Raman & Krishna & Support their views.
There is certainly deterioration in handling student queries & offering them feasible solutions.
We expect admin & other honourable faculty & non faculty members to take immediate actions to fill up these invisible cracks & if not done immediatly will create greater damage beyond controls
IMT being a leading management institute should set examples to its students about customer care & its resolutions.
