req you to pls input your location as between 15th June and 31st July, 2014 in the following link.

This will enable us to effectively plan for provisioning exam centres (both for students within India and those based abroad) and other facillities for you all during the exam cycle for June-July 2014.  

Kindly treat this as very, very urgent. 

Pls fill in the form max by 23rd May, 2014, 1700 hrs. 

In case we do not receive your inputs in time, you may face problems while booking for your exams etc.
