problem in installing SDS

Dear all,

I have all ready installed the sds plug in to to Eclipse using helio
version, and I am trying one tutorial.
I this tutorial i have to make one sipservlet but i am not getting any
SIP application icon, which tutorial shows.
FYI I am using Service_Development_Studio4.1Tutorial.pdf tutorial page
10.

Can any one please help me to get the Icon for creating new sipservlet
or give any other way of making the same or If i have not installed
the SDS properly kindly provide me the proper sequence of
installation.
