[IMS Tech] relationship between private and public service identities

Hi all,

I have a question related with the relationship between the private and public service identities. I've read 3GPP TS 23.008 and have a doubt related with this statement:

"The relationship between Wildcarded Public Service Identities and Private Service Identities is one-to-one." (3.1.2B Public Service Identity Section).

Is this relation bidirectional or one Private Service Identity can have multiple public service identities. Can some one clarify me?
