Attachment tool

Dear Colleagues,

Lebanon started Two months ago Exporting/Importing data between its
two main centers, the Regional Mine Action center and the Lebanon Mine
Action Center. The attachment tool that was developed by Lebanon is
tested and it works very well. So, from now on all exported approved
field reports will be imported with attachments. We are ready to share
this tools with other countries if needed.

I think it is very important to introduce this tool in the upcoming
training in July.
