Announcing IMSMA A1 Course - 3-14 March 2014, Spiez, Switzerland

GICHD is happy to announce that it will be holding an IMSMA Administrator (MIQ level A1) training course from 3rd to 14th March 2014, in Spiez, Switzerland.
Applicants for this course are welcome from all Mine Action Programmes and operators and are asked to fill out and submit the attached Personal History Form along with an updated CV as soon as possible. The deadline for the applications is 5 February.
The selection process (to a maximum of 12 participants) will be completed over the next few weeks and will prioritise those applicants from National Mine Action Programmes and their Operating Partners who will be posted to Information Management positions within their respective organisations. Applicants should therefore have strong technical database skills and team or project management skills.
Please feel free to forward this email to anyone you think would be interested in attending. Note that very few spaces are left for this session. Candidates who are not selected will be encouraged to consult our training schedule and apply to subsequent training courses.
