Do we have an way to share files amongst the group? I've archived the .plt files I have for the new Tektronix emulation. There are 31 floppy images containing more then 170 plot  files I'd like to share with the community.

If no one has a "Standard way" to share.   I'll create an S3 bucker or Google Share and give you write access.  I'll then share the Read Only Link.

A very common source code sharing web site is github. It also provides change management.

Same here. I use GitHub all the time. However, it's less than ideal for binary-only files, and it's really not meant as a general file storage site. 

For text-based stuff, like program code, it's perfect, though.

DropBox is an easy alternative for general file sharing.
