Perhaps...but we never established whether it was or not. I just
noticed we weren't keeping track, and decided to start. It's okay to
pick a designated person, but it might make everyone's rotations go
more smoothly (and guarantee we get through all the material we want
to on a given day) if we are all aware of the clock as we teach. I
refer thee to the "10 Characteristics of Master Instructors" page in
the Leadership supplement ;-)
