Using OAuth from Maven repository

Hi,

I'm trying to integrate Basic LTI host implementation into Apollo
Group's Classroom product. I'm re-using Dr. Chuck's base code for the
basic stuff. Looking at the details of the jar, the OAuth code is part
of it. Can we reference it from a central maven repository instead, so
that we don't have to maintain the code if the version changes? Looks
like there is already an issue raised to port it to Maven central
repository:

Are there any other Maven repository that we can point to?
