First of all please accept my apology for being absent for alomst a week due to some local comittments. i am back now alhamdulilah and insha Allah will participate with full thrust.

 

i am continuing from where i left and will answer each and every querry.

 

Now let me explain point by point

 

Source of Honey: I source sidr honey from the frontier borders of KPK, pakistan connected with afghanistan with extended linkages to Russia. i have established strong bonding and pay high to bee keeper to ensure the premier quality. Insha Allah when you will taste the honey you endorse my statement

 

The area of collection is plain land surrounded by mountains and is at high altitude.

 

Uses of honey and obesity and cholesterol needs detail. i will write a separate article and will post in group insha Allah

 

I am attaching the pictures of honey and a drop filament test performed by me. i have taken pictures from my mobile camera and i am not good in photography so please pardon if these are not in professional look.

 

Also i have filled the excel form mentioning quality tests for my honey with my best knowledge and experience.

4.      Some pictures for crystallization, "drop the filament" test, etc. as requested earlier

 

We are anxiously waiting for your update.

 

Among Honeys at my table, Samurah & White Ethiopian are the highest in BRIX, see the picture attached.

And I have done a comparison between Samurah, Hadhrami Sidr & White Ethiopian, for some tests; still I need to try these Honeys, especially for patients with renal diseases.
