Hi all

It is possible to create new issues in off-line mode (no connection to the internet) and sync with the server when the user gets wi-fi?

Hi Redes,

- this is an interesting feature to include in the next release of IMCity.

- However, we should think about the consequences in low-end mobiles where there are already
multiple services in the background and adding one more for IMCity will result in poor user experience and possible reason to uninstall the app.

- Quick remedy, you can shoot the image with a camera app and upload the issue when you have internet connection.

Best Regards,
Dimitrios

I can shoot and save the image, but moving to a place with wifi will move GPS position, so the user will have to position the issue by hand.
Since issues are stored locally on a database, i was wondering if the app could store it locally and send it when wi-fi is available.

Please include it on the next release .-)

Hi Redes,

the professional version of IMCity checks if the image has GPS coordinates (in the EXIF header) and positions the marker accordingly.
This is implemented both for iPhone and Android.
Also, there is the option to connect with facebook or gmail and save some time also from there too.

BR,
Dimitrios
