Need help about New Issue

I have trouble with the "New Issue" in mobile. when I added the issue on the location map, can not move the "Drag and drop" pointer on the map, and there is a message "Issue out of Municipality limits" please help me

Hi,

if you zoom out, you will see a black polygon in Greece where issues should be in.

In order to change it, go to res/raw/poylgoncoords.txt and change it with your lat lng pairs of your area.
