Our current Government is an insult, to us and more so to those that died protecting that which our elected representatives, (who all took an oath to protect and uphold) allowed to be purchased away with the vulgarity of cash and favours. Bought and paid for by: the invasive adman, the monetizing technocrat, the rouge spy and the public unionised scared little girl cops. Representatives that no longer represent us rather just cash and the bankers that hold it for them.
The greater insult was to those that died defending what has come to be just another government promise, another lie from a guy that just bought a new mansion as some of his troops tried to draw their last breath.
For the living comes the responsibility to at the very least, attempt to correct what in any book is a gross and inhuman wrong. If we are to have any hope we must change away from being democrats or republicans, even stop being ideologist poles which are nothing but pawns in this mad theatre of Corporatism and Protected Product Jingoism. Should the ICBM's set lose tonight it will look like a NASCAR race, a sea of logos each fighting to get there first, yet each just running around in a circle of wars and product solutions till at last we find out what life in the cloud really is all about.
