I hate republicans as much as I hate democrats, with either you get a boat load of idiots screaming our way or the highway. Nader offered us a choice, but the two party system is a huge fat pig that tends only see the needs of itself over all else. Country, the people... fuck them, what matters is who gets to write the wants of the corporate lobbyist first. To get elected is to become wealthy, to become wealthy is to be elected for life. You can tell the partisan by their "blame". If they win, it's a "mandate" regardless of actual margins. If they lose they were robbed or misunderstood.

What we have in 2016 is a two party system that has become so rigged, so automated in its media controlled position and so comfortable in its corruption, that it ran the two most hated candidates in our history. To the point I've actually seen people defending the person they hate because they hate the other one even more.

Personally, I envy the Italians. They will run like 12 party's one which has a porn star, one with trash compactor on which someone painted Lisa Manilla's face on it and then there is that one full of... fuck I really don't know, but out of this comes a government and if it works, they go with it. If not they have a "crisis of confidence" and flush it all down the crapper and start again. No waiting for mid-terms or general elections. I do believe good government is best when treated like taking a dump, rather than one that takes a dump on you.

It is insulting to expect us to be party purists when the party, either one, is controlled by the same wealthy families, corporations and law firms. It is insulting to expect us to support a system that will toss us into a privately owned for profit system of incarceration for farting on the wrong side of the road as they offer us aged, failed rejects under investigation and covered in conflicts of interests.

In 2000 we elected Bush, you have no idea what world could exist today had we went with Nader... but we didn't.
