You should know the story, first they come for someone you think is just a dick, or you are to busy and before you know they come for you and there is no one left to help.
I have no idea when nor where Clippy got his badge; actually I do, God Damn FBI and NSA found yet another retard to use in the war on terror, but instead of using him in a failed plot, they put him in charge of Microsoft.
In the various wars on we continue to be the losers, now as I have been saying and been called a few rude things over, it is clear Windows 10 is part of a global surveillance network working with government agencies all of which have no overview, oversight nor respect for the laws they intend to enforce on us. The ad money will be nice, but Microsoft just announced there is a new sheriff in town and his name is Satya. Today we have a new definition of "the cloud", it's a court discovery system in which you can never know what court is doing what discovery on what warranted or unwarranted investigation that may or may-not break some secret law some place.
Google is working in an office at the Pentagon and now Windows 10 data collection can be seen for what it is. This is the very definition of the military industrial complex we were warned about. Only a system of bribes and lobby could have brought this about, only those that held no oath to the rules we were bought up believing included all could have created this as they lined their pockets. The costs of Obama's drone campaign has been bombed hospitals, dead babies, innocents as acceptable loss, blood and more blood... To a growing number, we are the global terrorists. We have seen incidents of the NSA and the FBI planting evidence, and we can see in Satya every bit that special CEO our government agencies saw him for, begging to be the one kicking the door down with his helmeted head high like he just got the gold in the Special Olympics World Games.
What is considered hate speech is often politics, could be religion and any group of freedom fighters could be called terrorists. Freedom is not supposed to be pretty, easy or even at times sane. In freewill is a power... a power of creativity that separates man from beast and at times reaches the divine.
I for one have had enough of secret courts, secret warrants and a government that uses the word transparency to describe the muddy waters of an out of control and over reaching Surveillance State. I expect an operating system to take commands, be it to build a hospital or embezzle a trust fund, just like a screw driver can turn right or left either tightening a major screw, or making it so lose the structure will fail. To police the internet, the desktop, or the books one decides to read is to police the human mind.
The terrorist will blow shit up, the embezzler will have a large case of money as they trust no one. The act is the crime, the crime can be monitored, warrants can be obtained as per law. Call it gum shoe police work but it needs to be done in the physical world. The internet is not the place to start looking into everyone's affairs in order to find something of interest. Such a thing was once called by our court system as fishing expeditions and "McCoy, I can't allow it this time"
Your desktop is a place of ideas, good and bad and like your mind can hold mistakes, which given a chance you can work out. So sit and plan out a murder, a revolution, a bank-robbery, a poem .... a song, it's just the creative mind at play in it's private playground, what should be it's private playground.
Microsoft plans on pushing Windows 10 to the point it will soon disable the other versions leaving this software as a service to dystopia a front line of the war against thought crime, thought realignment and all the things we once read about in a book by Orwell which many thought could never happen. No corporation should have military powers, police powers or any fucking power inside our homes, our person equipment and especially our minds.
Does anyone remember how to say NO? If not, the time has come to teach this much needed skill to as many as we can. And Satya you fuck, no means no.
