IT Account Manager / Solution Architect

Account Manager

• The Account Manager represents the entire range of company services to assigned customers, ensuring that customer's needs and expectations are met by the company.

• Provides overall direction for establishing project requirements, priorities and deadlines.

• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.

• Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.

• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

Solution Architect

• Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into the application and operational requirements.

• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis

• Business and Systems Analysis - the ability to define user stories and functional requirements for software enhancements

• Define Solution Architecture.

• Identify and mitigate existing business risk or risks associated with solution architecture.

• Provide architectural guidance and ensure compliance to solution architectural design in the implementation of projects

• Explain technical issues and IT solution strategies to stakeholders and other IT professionals.

• Keep accurate record of materials used, expected deliverables, and milestones achieved

• Provide regular reporting concerning status of projects and roadmap

Key Skills or Competencies:

• Bachelor Degree (or similar) in Computer Science or Software Engineer

• Bilingual (English -native or very high proficiency / Spanish)

• Skilled communicator

• Strong time management skills

• Highly organized

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

• Experience with Salesforce is a significant plus.
