proj4 error - tolerance condition error

Hi

We have strange problem when we import osm-planet file.  We have lots (500Mb errors log file) of insert error in database look like this:

We have PostGIS 1.5.3, Proj4 4.8 and imposm 2.5.  When we try a smaller osm file( from Geofrabrik for example), we usually have no error!  Any one have same problem?
