switch lists

Hi, 

is there a way to use backup and import tasks to basically switch lists, 

what Im looking for is to switch the default list with items from another list and of course the opposite

your took does not allow me to do one list at a time, but maybe editing the backup file manually can achieve  this 

any idea?

the problem is that my default list is huge and I barely use it and my day to day list is pretty solid size but I use it all the time, I want the default to the day to day list I have today
