I have used the cpp preprocessor for includes because the Haskell "plugins" module install is broken on my platform (Windows, sorry!), but having a general macro processor available might be useful regardless of that.

As I play with this more I realize how important the automatic dependency generation is going to be in a full-product project. This comes along with using gnu cpp, but if I could use the extopenscad native include primitive it would become really valuable to be able to get dependency lines out of it somehow.
