Aufgrund von BEschwerden von DTneter habe ich hiermeit die MOd BEENDET, da ich nicht auf irgendwelche hirngespinnste von ihm eingehen mchte.(Er behauptete, ich htte seine Komplette MOd gekleut und meine MOd wurde regelmssig geflaggt von ihm)
This is a generic profile useful for installing or reinstalling BF2142 as well as the case if the user profile gets corrupted. This way you can still play singleplayer mods for Battlefield 2142. Ever since EA dropped support for BF2142, the game gets stuck at the master account logon prompt. You have to disconnect from the internet in order to get the game to allow you to logon with an offline account. However, you can't get this far if you are reloading or installing BF2142, because you can't set up a profile without logging into the master account server, which doesn't exist anymore. So, it's a catch-22 in this situation. You need an offline profile to play singleplayer, but the game requires initial logon to the now gone master account server.
NOTE: You still have to disconnect from the internet in order to be able to bypass the master account server login. The game will try to login, fail and then give the option to play with an offline account. After selecting the offline account, you can connect back to the internet. But when you do select no when the game offers to connect to the master account server.
I HAVE BEEN OFF HERE FOR A WHILE , and haven't got to play bf 2142 since i put in a new hd in the pc . am having trouble getting the offline going again. i installed the original with the factory code words 2142 deluxe version. . i then installed the 1.51 version patch but during the process i get a error saying : incorrect version battlefield 2142 detected : 1.51 this updater was designed only for v.1.00 through v.1.50 . Continue the extension anyway .
do i need a earlier version updater patch first. Then install the other updater?version? i did install the hub everything done as administrator . i even did the patch offline file that gave me the generic profile . but when i try to start the game it starts out black like it might be starting and then just goes off and back to the hub . i also turned off my internet in trying offline. I NOTICED IN THE HUB 2 IT SHOWED THE . RENDDX9,ORI.DLL DOESN'T SHOW AS CHECKED LIKE THE OTHER THINGS. i have uninstalled this and reinstalled it a few times trying to get it to work. also when trying to get it to show full screen it won't do it. it always says because of default settings need to be wide screen so i hit okay. but no matter what custom settings i tried none of them worked for full screen. below is a list again showing error ? results .
can anyone help me AGAIN ON THIS , THANKS. .

I recently had a crashed HD and needed to reinstall the game on a new HD. So now I can't play BF 2142 offline like I was doing before on the new HD. I assume it needs to be activated but whenever I try to sign in to EA, with the game, it just tells me it can't connect to EA . I can go online fine in all other ways, so it's not that. I just want to activate this game so I can play it offline again. I am the original owner of the game. No one else has used or installed the game. Running XP home sp3 with admin rights.

The official GameSpy servers were shut down in 2014. 2019 You can play it with our community game fix then you can play single player offline if you want.. You will need the community fix to get your unlocks to work.. Goto Battlefield2142.co for all the information to play..
I bought battlefield 2142 on origin a while back and never got around to playing it. When i did it wouldn't let me login because it couldn't connect. I definitely had internet connection and i'm pretty sure i what my password. Is there any way to play the game without logging in? It mentioned something about an offline mode, can i get into that without logging in?
I found this solution for logging into BF2142/2142 Deluxe offline, there are two hyperlinks, the second of which you have to register for free on the forum to download the altered exe for BF2142 to skip the EA Online Master Server connection so it will not hang on trying to log in online...
Battlefield 2142/2142 Deluxe Generic Offline Profile
Follow the steps for the first hyperlink to successfully create your own personal offline profile. I have personally altered the profile.con files on notepad in both of the folders 0001 and default, as well as the Global.con file and it work on windows 7 32-bit, which is what my laptop is pre-built with. I have a third hyperlink to gamefront for added content for a mod for the current version of BF2142, whether the base or Deluxe versions, as long as it is unzipped in the mods folder of the installation directory.
The offline profile on my part took a lot of searching on google to find, but this is the only solution to the Offline problem that me and other fans of BF2142 have had since the EA servers for the game have been shut down as of two months ago last year.
Let me know if this works for you guy and gal player s of this awesome sauce game as it has worked for me flawlessly. Just one thing, remember to follow the steps to modify your own generic offline profile in order to make it work as flawlessly as it did for me. The exe just goes into the root of the installation directory for BF2142, just click yes to overwrite.
Awesome news for the Battlefield fans! Battlefield 2142 (DVD version) has been added to Porting Kit and works awesome using the profile offered by battlefieldsingleplayer.com! This way you can play offline single player! Tested the game for 30 minutes without issues! Enjoy!
