complex impedance

Hello Prof. Macdonald,

I have some data for complex impedance constant of an oxide in the frequency range of 0.1Hz-1MHz. I want to use LEVMWL to fit the data and extrapolate the zero frequency value for the dielectric constant. Would you please help me how can I do that. I already tried to import the data from the ASCII file and fit them with the software but when I press on "SAVE AND RUN" bottom this message pops up: "Cannot run this test configuration!"
