Flash is available on every browser, and is core to the casual gamer
market.

Currently the Firefox Flash player is slower than IE's.

Work with Adobe to improve the player's performance and use it's
superior performance as a marketing point.

A relationship with Adobe to push firefox. When someone downloads the
player/plugin that would be an excellent time to note the superior
performance.

Flash is probably on 95% or more of the machines out there, seems like
it'd be a good relationship to have.

Hmm, Adobe's flash player for Firefox IS in fact slower... Also when
Adobe acquired Macromedia and release Flash player 9 there were
countless numbers of PC's having Issues with it crashing their browser
(Firefox OR IE).. There are 3rd party apps out there to handle other
MIME types. If Mozilla came out with their own Flash player I would
bet my next paycheck that it would catch on and be very popular and
more stable... who knows Maybe push Adobe flash player to the back of
the pack also :-)

I'd say that's a pretty tall order Rezzy.

Flash is not just a player, it's a development platform. It's not like
making a video or mp3 player.

I would think they'd want to target their competitors like IE, not go
after Adobe whom could actually help their business :)
