Hi,

I'm new to impact-mapping. I was wondering if anyone can share relevant articles or references for me to refer to where I can learn 'How to identify those actors who can be hurdles?' and how can this be tackled in How and What sections?

Perhaps any UX/UI case study of a software design would be good?
