Mattias Arvola and I from Linköping University in Sweden attended the
IASDR19 conference last year and presented a paper we have co-authored with
Stefan Holmlid. The paper is titled "Impact Methods for Making a Change"
and based on a thesis I wrote.
I created a simple Google site with some resources for those attending the

Looks great! A much-needed facelift. It's great how you explain some of the
basic concepts and benefits immediately and as you scroll down.
I'm not totally excited about the fonts. They're a bit hard to read,
especially when underlined as links. Also, I actually prefer the old more
playful style of illustrations you used for the book.
