What Deepening questions for BEHAVIORAL CHANGES works best for you in situation wheres:

• on the edge of zone of control of the team
• on the edge of implying software solutions

E.g. What would you ask as a facilitator in this cases (here is a list of e.g BCH I try deepen):

BEHAVIORAL CHANGES: They will start monitoring availability of system in historical time periods (Deliverable: up time statistics) 

BEHAVIORAL CHANGES: They will start monitoring usage of system resources to detect operational issues (Deliverable: monitor system metrics)

BEHAVIORAL CHANGES: Decrease ammout of wasted time because of overloaded diagnostic channel (Deliverable: Optimize Diagnostic Host)

BEHAVIORAL CHANGES: instead of performing manual system check they will know about potential system issues before they happen (Deliverable: Monitor system metrics)
