Goals that are not necessary from a revenue view

Let's say i have a bunch of users, they are happy with my application.
I have this feature that will help them a lot, but it will do not increase my revenue, or protect my revenue (because they are already satisfied), maybe attract more users.

What is the goal here? Could i say that the is the impact that the feature will cause in them? If this feature will just differentiate my application in the market, can this be a goal?
