Information Technology (IT) Support Internship 
This is an ideal position for a college student currently pursuing Information Technology. We are looking for an IT Technical Intern for up to 10 weeks in our Raleigh, NC office to assist with the daily IT activities. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
• Troubleshoot hardware issues with laptops/desktops 
• Image new desktops/laptops 
• Resolve help desk tickets as needed 

*** This position does not offer paid benefits or paid time off *** 

Job Requirements: 
Requirements: 
• Good verbal communication and customer service skills are required 
• Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software on Desktops and Laptops required 
• Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours a week but not to exceed 40 hours a week
