In addition, an ideal candidate would possess basic skill in using office automation programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, or other desktop software programs. Additionally, the ability to organize work and communicate effectively in a professional environment are highly desirable traits. To qualify at the GG-03 pay level: You must be a high school graduate with 1 to 29 semester hours of college credit. To qualify at the GG-04 pay level: You must be a high school graduate with 30 or more semester hours of college credit. To qualify at the GG-05 pay level: You must be a high school graduate with 60 or more semester hours of college credit. If you are a Graduate Student, your pay level will be based on your undergraduate GPA or the graduate level program you are pursuing.  Note: Your pay will be set based on your degree program and the locality of your position  Applications will be accepted from United States citizens who are degree seeking students enrolled at least half-time in accredited educational institutions. Half-time enrollment is defined by the educational institution. If a wavier is granted, the successful completion of a background investigation and favorable adjudication are required for continued employment.
