May 20 Meeting Report

Hi Cherubs,

We had a great meeting today! Thanks to all who joined us. Here's a recording.

As a reminder, last month we decided to invest in:

1. Recycle Local

2. Mynt Systems (West Sacramento)

Today, we considered three investments. 

First, we looked at our monthly short-fuse offering,  ALMa Studio,  and voted to invest.

Gail and Tate reported on Playper, suggesting we not invest. That was the resulting vote.

Patrice shared a detailed report on Unsmudgeable and similarly recommended against investment. Again, we voted in agreement.

With no companies having recently failed or reached an exit, we skipped the post-mortem.

We looked briefly at two new candidates: 

1. PittMoss, which Tate offered to research

2. SenoGuard, which Karl, who expected to become a grandfather today, offered to tackle.
