April 15 Meeting Report

Hi Cherubs,

We had a great meeting today! Thanks to all who joined us.

As a reminder, we decided to invest in Lukas Behavioral Health last month.

Today, we considered two investments. First, we looked at our monthly short-fuse offering, Recycle Local,  and voted to invest. Later, led by Patrice, we considered Mynt Systems (West Sacramento Rechargerie) and voted to invest. Patrice had also prepared to present Primo Health, but the company pulled its offering without completing it.

With no companies having recently failed or reached an exit, we skipped the post-mortem.

We looked briefly at two new candidates: Playper and Unsmudgeable. Gail and Tate volunteered to work together on Playper. Patrice volunteered to prepare for Unsmudgeable.
