Meeting Report - March 18

Hi Cherubs,

We had a great meeting today! Thanks to all who joined us.

As a reminder, last month, we decided to invest in Windmill Market EV Hub.

Today, we considered two investments. First, we looked at our first monthly new debt offering, Lukas Behavioral Health and voted to invest. Later we considered Rubitection and voted not to invest.

Today, we reviewed a post-mortem of Von Perry, an offering we approved two years ago that has since gone out of business. Here, you can see a recap of the investment discussion we conducted in 2023. Here is an AI analysis of the original Form C, highlighting red flags we might have missed.

We looked briefly at two new candidates: Mynt Systems West Sacramento Project and Primo Health. Patrice graciously offered to conduct due diligence on both and report back next month.
