Meeting Report - January 21

Hi Cherubs,

We had a great meeting today! Thanks to all who joined us.

As a reminder, last month we decided to invest in both Imago Rehab and Health Care Originals.

Today, we heard from Jackie regarding Capital Good Fund (Heat Pumps for New England) and decided to invest.

Tate and Karl reported on Zero Carbon Inc., recommending against investment. We voted accordingly.

For our education moment today, we reviewed a post-mortem review of our failed investment in tbh from early 2023. The report is attached for your review.

New Opportunities for Consideration: Windmill Market EV Hub - Jackie and Chip will review. Karl will review NeighBR.
