U.S. Only???

I'm an American living abroad, and I would love to use this app,
particularly because this gives me an easy way to notify family
members back in the U.S. that I'm alright when tragedy strikes, like
it did here in Oslo last Friday.

However, it appears this is available to U.S. mobile users only? When
will it be available everywhere?

Also, an iPhone app would be nice too, also available outside the U.S.
