Hi. I'm testing audacious 2.4 here, but it changes plugin API again,
so I made IMMS works again.
The patch is here: http://groups.google.com/group/imms-users/web/imms-audacious.patch

One more thing: immscore/fetcher.cc fails on line 71 with LOG(DEBUG),
I changed to LOG(INFO) and it compiled.

I don't know if the fixes are good enough because I made them by
guess, but I only want to help.

Thanks!

Hey Phantom,

I'm no expert but that patch looks good to me. Thanks for looking into
updates to Audacious, and thanks for posting the patch!

One concern is that we may not want to invalidate IMMS for older
versions of Audacity. Maybe we can put some #ifdefs in based on the
Audacious version number? Are we able to fetch the Audacious version
number? Or maybe it would be better to include/uninclude an entire
file rather than to have several #ifdefs.

Hi. Thanks for replying!

I updated the patch to do that.

Now all audacious CFLAGS and LIBS are retrieved from vars.mk file
instead from clients/audacious/rules.mk, so dynamic flags from
configure script are used.

Applied. Thanks! Saved me a lot of time tracking down all the changes :)

Have fun,
Michael.
