I have recently purchased and installed WP-ImmoMakler on my page and have learned that I need to upload an XML file into my FTP drive with all of the properties info from ImmobilienScout. I'm a total beginner, so I apologize for the probably very rudimentary question... but how do I get an export in the right from FROM ImmobilienScout24? I just learned that the ImmoTool is strictly for pushing to Immobilienscout and not for an export.
If anyone can lead me in the right direction, I would be very happy.

Immobilienscout24 does not support file export any longer, we disabled file based import/export ~2 years ago. We actually never supported Open Immo XML.
We now only support our REST-API. We also encourage our customers to use the API to integrate listings into their website.
We also offer iframe based integration of Listings into realtor homepages.
