Immcantation talks, posters and tutorials at the “AIRR-C Meeting VII - Learnings and Perspectives” meeting (June 3-6, 2024, Porto, Portugal)

We are excited to share that we will be presenting several Immcantation talks, posters and tutorials at the upcoming “AIRR-C Meeting VII - Learnings and Perspectives” meeting on June 3-6th, 2024, in Porto, Portugal. The Meeting will be hybrid, so both in-person and virtual participants can benefit from live-streamed sessions, recorded content, and opportunities for networking with colleagues.
Please note that the Deep Dive Software/Tools tutorials will be in-person-only and space is limited. We will be offering two tutorials. One will provide an overview of the Immcantation framework (https://immcantation.org) and will present nf-core/airrflow (https://nf-co.re/airrflow), a best-practice Nextflow workflow to analyze bulk and single cell Adaptive Immune Receptor Repertoire sequencing (AIRR-seq) data at scale. The other will focus on our most recent methods for the reconstruction and analysis of single cell B cell lineage trees.
