2025 Immcantation Users Group Meeting

Registration and abstract submission for the 2025 Immcantation Users Group Meeting are now open. Please join us for this free virtual meeting on January 30th, 2025 from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm (ET) to learn how researchers are applying the Immcantation framework for high-throughput bulk and single-cell B cell receptor repertoire analysis. All topics showing the applicability of Immcantation are welcome — as always! This year, we are especially encouraging the submission of abstracts showing how the community is using Immcantation to reconstruct and analyze B-cell lineage trees, to identify novel alleles, and to perform analysis with the Nextflow pipeline nf-core/airrflow. The deadline to submit an abstract is November 1st, 2024.
