Wicca Rede

Someone told me that if you state yourself as Wicca that it makes you
something less than a real practioner. They say that "if you can't hex,
you can't heal". I find acception to that. I believe it is that the
Wicca WON'T hex (without personal provocation) not that they CAN'T hex.
In other words, don't ask me to do it for you but it doesn't mean I
won't do it for myself. What do you think? ImMappam Blessed Be
