I have argued that every human being is born with an innate drive to
experience altered states of consciousness periodically -- in
particular to learn how to get away from ordinary ego-centered
consciousness. I have also explained my intuition that this drive is a
most important factor in our evolution, both as individuals and as a
species. Nonordinary experiences are vital to us because they are
expressions of our unconscious minds, and the integration of conscious
and unconscious experience is the key to life, health, and spiritual
development, and fullest use of our nervous systems. - Andrew Weil,
M.D.

Sorry it took so long to respond, been upgrading the computer at work and having tech difficulties! This has been a quest of mine, to teach people to go within and know  they have so much more to do with everything than they know.  I'm an avid fan of Edgar Cayce, he has allot to say about consciousness!  He's got a website and there is allot of info on near-death.com. Welcome to Linda!
Blessed be,
Kim

Hi Kim,
thank you for the Edgar Cayce link.
From time to time, we ( me and my pc ) have difficulties too.
The most time i think, i spent with deinstallation.
This is meant to be a joke but it seems so real.
My regards to the other members.
Be Blessed
Hans
