To whom it may concern,

I have rewieved your web site to have a general idea of the summit. I graduated from METU City Planning in 1994, but I have been working as a Customer Services specialist in a pharmaceutical company and have been actively involved in a special CRM project for two years.

Would you kindly advise, what this summit offers to the professionals at different levels?
